FitV ("We") is committed to provide the best services at the best pricing. Unfortunately FitV ("We") we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on purchase / subscription of any membership plan on FitV. However in case if you wish to change the period of your membership plan you may do so after discussion with the Coach assigned to you. IN Case of Refund required if client can’t continue the services due to Medical Urgencies then in that case the refund process & % of refund needs to be discussed with FitV management and such situations will be dealt in case to case basis.
