GAME RULES

Challenges work like any other game. Complete the tasks and score points.


Here is how it works – Each player scores points based on the different habits that are mentioned in the challenges for each month. Monthly challenges are theme based and keeps changing every month.

  • Nutrition nutrition Develop a healthy relationship with food because it all starts with you mindset
  • WORKOUT exercise Engage in some form of workout for 30 minutes daily for 6 days a week.
  • SLEEP Mobilize Meeting your sleep goals the beginning of the challenge,very essential for your recovery & keeping stress at bay.
  • MOBILITYSleep Stretch for 5 minutes daily.
  • WATERHydrate Meet your water goals set at the beginning of the challenge.
  • WELLNESS Lifestyle Participate in the weekly wellness practices and be contentful and happy.
  • HABITS Reflect Build healthy habits and make them a part of your daily routine and lifestyle.

PROGRESS AND RESULTS

How will you measure your progress? During the course of the challenge, you will track your scores daily in the app and measure your progress and scores. You can also complete your fitness assessments before and after the challenge.
